Bob Winters was the founder of Blue Ice Industries, the main supplier of military equipment and technology in Frangfurd. He led the company’s Project Gigantico, the giant military walker lost in the Project Gigantico Crash of 2600. Leadership of the company passed to his son, Kyle Winters, in 2615.
